The catalog, plan, and setup questions people actually ask
Direct answers on how the trending lineup updates, what each plan reaches, and what to expect.
What IPTV Hot actually is
What is IPTV Hot?
IPTV Hot is a streaming subscription built around what's currently popular — trending live sports, new releases, and in-demand channels — delivered over your internet connection through a compatible player app, in up to 4K where your plan, device, and the source content allow it.
How "trending" actually works here
How often does the "trending" content actually change?
The underlying catalog updates continually as new releases land and live sports schedules shift — there is no fixed monthly refresh date, and nothing here is a static, once-a-year library.
Is there a published schedule for when new titles land?
No fixed calendar — additions happen on an ongoing basis rather than a set monthly date. That is intentional: a hard release schedule would mean waiting on a specific day instead of finding new content whenever it actually becomes available.
How is live sports coverage kept current?
Fixtures are tied to what is actually being played, not a static list built once. A channel showing last season's schedule would defeat the entire point of this service.
Does a longer plan unlock more
Is the trending content behind a higher-priced plan?
No. Every plan length reaches the identical live channel and VOD catalog, trending titles included — a longer term only lowers the effective monthly price, it does not unlock extra content.
Device compatibility
What devices does IPTV Hot work on?
Any Smart TV, Android TV or Google TV box, Fire TV or Firestick, Android phone or tablet, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Windows PC, or Mac — each needs a compatible player app installed. The Setup Guide has device-by-device steps.
24-hour trial
What does the 24-hour trial include?
The 24-hour trial costs $1.00 and gives you 24 hours of full access to the same live and on-demand catalog as a paid plan — enough time to check the current lineup and your own streaming quality before committing.
Subscription plans
What do the subscription plans cost?
A month runs $14.99, three months $34.99, six months $54.99, and a full year $79.99 — all in US dollars, and all reaching the identical catalog. The only thing a longer commitment buys is a lower price per month.
Login formats & multi-device use
Do you support M3U links, Xtream Codes logins, or both?
Both. Whichever your chosen player app expects, the login details you receive will match it — neither format changes what catalog you can reach.
Do you provide a program guide (EPG)?
Most player apps pull the schedule automatically once your login is entered. If yours shows a blank guide, check its settings for a manual EPG URL field.
Can the same login run on two devices at once?
Each plan is scoped to one active device at a time. Running the same login on two devices simultaneously tends to interrupt playback on both.
Internet requirements
Does a bigger, more frequently updated catalog need faster internet?
No — catalog size and update frequency don't affect bandwidth. What matters is the resolution you're streaming at, same as any video service.
Billing questions
Do plans renew automatically?
Only if a recurring option is explicitly chosen at checkout. Otherwise access ends at the end of your paid term.
Refunds
How do refunds work?
See the full Refund Policy for the specific terms covering the trial and subscription plans.
When something stops working
What's the first thing to check if streaming keeps buffering?
Confirm the internet connection itself is stable first, then see the full troubleshooting checklist on the Setup Guide.
Contacting support
How do I reach support?
Use the Contact page for setup help, billing questions, or anything trial-related. Every message reaches an actual person, not an automated queue.
